Information on the Website about our services, workers, availability or coverage areas does not form an offer capable of acceptance. Any supply of staff is subject to our separate written terms.
8. Our responsibility for loss or damage
Whether you are a consumer or a business user
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you use the Website in the course of a business, trade, craft or profession:
- we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Website or any content on it, to the extent permitted by law; and
- we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Website, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website.
In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if, at the time you started using the Website, both we and you knew it might happen.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in full force and effect.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you, this does not mean that you do not have to do those things and does not prevent us from taking steps against you later.
